Advanced notice of changes to your appointment is required and appreciated. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be asked to pay a fee over the phone to secure your next appointment booking.

Please note: As a dedicated dry eye clinic, we do not perform general optometry checks or treatment for conditions such as macular issues, glaucoma, diabetes or prescribe glasses/contact lenses, and we recommend you see your regular optometrist or ophthalmologist for these important services.
